Empowering leaders and underserved youth to turn discipline into a legacy of impact.
I spent my career realizing that the wall between "corporate success," "physical fitness," and "community impact" doesn't actually exist.
You can't lead a company if you can't lead yourself. You can't build a community if you don't have the resilience to weather the storm.
Through Sunny Biggy Fitness, I push executives and athletes to find their edge. Through A Boy and His Dream, I work to ensure that a child’s zip code doesn't define their future, whether that’s in Chicago or rural Nigeria.
I don’t just "coach" or "manage."I build playgrounds for kids, provide scholarships where there's no funding, and find the extra gear in people who feel like giving up.

Breakout Session
From global non-profit leadership to the science of fitness, Sunny delivers keynote addresses that inspire teams to act. Each session is tailored to your organization's specific goals.
Sunny believes that true success only comes when you help others. He bridges the gap between high-level performance and community service in three ways.
A Boy and His Dream was founded in 2015 by Sunny Akhigbe, not as a project, but as a promise. Having lived through the devastation of a troubled beginning, Sunny built this organization to be the support he once needed.
We are a volunteer-driven mission dedicated to changing the lives of underserved youth in two worlds: Chicago and Nigeria. Whether it’s providing scholarships in the city or building playgrounds and delivering over 50,000 meals in rural villages like Ekpoma, we provide the resources, mentorship, and hope necessary to turn opposition into opportunity.

I also really appreciate his positive message and the fact that he pushes you hard to achieve your goals. I plan to continue with Sunny for a very long time and would recommend him to anyone looking to make a true change in their lives."Monika Blacha
"Connecting with Sunny was the best thing my wife and I did this past year. He’s been instrumental in helping us achieve our fitness goals. More importantly, Sunny is an incredible person and someone you want in your life. No matter how my wife and I show up to his workouts, he comes with the positivity and energy needed to push us physically and mentally. It’s led to us living healthier and happier lives both in and outside the gym. Thank you Sunny!!"Shane Maloney
"It was last year when I met Sunny. He gave a speech for one of my classes. Before the speech I didn’t know who he was. As soon as he started talking, I became a fan of his. He told us about his life back in Africa and all the things he had to go through. He also told us about his book, foundation, and his vision. At the end of the motivational, talk he told us we could contact him if we wanted to. I read his book and I found out more details about him. It’s really motivating to see all the things he has accomplished."Jesus Torres
